Elize Hendrikz and Liezl Kotzé, a mother and daughter duo, that has meticulously researched the most effective teaching methods in order to create both a homely environment and an educational experience that focusses strongly on your child’s development from 0-6 years
Our Aims and Beliefs
We believe that children are unique and are able to grow, learn and develop their own set of specialised skills. A sense of safety and security is standard at Babybums and we encourage self-reliance and self motivation in our older learners. Our teaching methods indirectly teach all our little learners to be assertive, respect themselves and stand strong in the values they have chosen to live by. They will make informed, responsible decisions and use free/ playtime constructively.
Established, Secure and Convenient
Babybums is an owner-run educational institution which aims to build lasting relationships between the parents, children and teachers. We lovingly boast with 4 Head of Campus whom are available on-site every day.
We are open Monday - Friday 6h45 - 17h30

We have been educating young hearts & minds for 10 years to date. One amazing decade of building stable foundations for our future learners.
Our Staff
We hold a stable staff retention, ensuring consistency for your child from day 1. We only employ qualified & passionate teachers and boast with an excellent child-teacher ratio in each age group.
Extended hours
We are conveniently open from 6:45am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. We are open in school holidays and run a 3 week December and January.
Developmental Campus
We lovingly boast 4 separate developmental campuses, ensuring continuity for your child from birth up to 6 years. Each campus has 6 or more Developmental environments.
Kwanda Kinetics
Kwanda Kinetics’ is a group-based neuromotor and perceptual program for children between 12 months - 7 years of age. This specialised, innovative & preventative program is fun, playful and therapeutic by nature. We have an inhouse Kinderkineticist who presents the classes to your little ones.
Secure grounds
Fully secured with electric fencing, security guards, perimeter monitoring, access-controlled gates, monitored gate hours, and ADT as our SSP.
Communication
Direct communication via Whatsapp for each Campus, direct contact with our principal, curricular newsletters, email and reminders via Childcloud app.
Childcloud App
All in one app that gives you full transparency of the school and your child's schooling experience. These include school calendar, invoices, reminders, emails, academic reports and so much more, available at your fingertips.
